Part-Time Student Concierge in Oslo


We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic student to join our team as a part-time concierge in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests of our building. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a pleasant experience for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests with a friendly attitude
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about the building amenities, services, and local area attractions
- Assist with reservations for amenities such as the gym or pool
- Coordinate deliveries and packages for residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating resident records

Requirements:
- Must be a current student enrolled in a university or college program in Oslo
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
