Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights
- Perform upgrades and updates to network equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical problems

Requirements:
