Computer Research Scientist - OS Development
As a Computer Research Scientist in our company, you will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to develop and improve operating systems for computers. You will work closely with a team of engineers and developers to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities for our operating system. This position requires a strong understanding of computer architecture, programming languages, and operating system concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on computer architecture and operating system development
- Design, implement, and test new features for our operating system
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to optimize performance and functionality
- Identify areas for improvement in current operating systems and propose solutions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in computer technology to inform development decisions
- Write technical reports and present findings to team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in OS development or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and operating system concepts
- Experience with debugging tools and performance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
