As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person to clients experiencing hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer system errors, connectivity problems, and other technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other related equipment
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop support tools
- Experience with biometric passport technology is a plus
