We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems run smoothly. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining client networks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new computer systems according to client needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on client networks such as backups and updates
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of client requests and provide timely updates on progress
- Educate clients on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and network protocols (TCP/IP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients
- Good time-management skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary: 1300$ per month

This position is open for candidates without experience. We provide training for the selected candidate. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU candidates.
