Contract Computer Support Specialist
City: Os, Kyrgyzstan

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team for a contract position in Os. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to provide technical support to our clients with excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Train end-users on new technologies or software updates
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Biometric passport required for contract position
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
