Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal employees and external clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles.
- Train employees on technology usage.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows operating systems.
