We are a growing tech company based in Oslo, Norway and we are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for employees and clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other equipment
- Set up new user accounts and ensure proper access to network resources
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Provide training and support to employees on new technology or software systems
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Create documentation for common technical issues and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as ping, tracert, etc.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
