We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality code and maintain existing applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
- Continuously improve software development processes and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
- Proficient in server-side languages such as Java or Python
- Experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
