Senior Level Developer



We are a rapidly growing software development company based in Os, Japan and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of complex software applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of complex software applications from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our applications are cutting-edge
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development process
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with back-end development using databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
