Information Security Analyst - Cybersecurity Specialist



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our dynamic team in the city of Os. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and protection of our company's information systems and data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Develop and implement security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and incident response procedures
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and investigate any security breaches or incidents
- Perform risk assessments and make recommendations for improving overall security posture
- Stay up-to-date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices in information security
- Train employees on information security awareness and best practices to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure secure implementation of new technologies or systems
- Perform audits on existing systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, protocols, and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), encryption methods, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Experience with cloud computing environments
- Familiarity with common programming languages like Java or Python

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
