Team Lead - Education Programs
As the Team Lead for our Education Programs, you will oversee and manage a team of educators and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students. This role requires experience in education, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing innovative curriculum. You will work closely with our content development team to ensure our programs meet the needs of students and align with educational standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams within the organization to continuously improve our programs and enhance the student learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators and instructional designers to develop high-quality educational programs
- Work closely with content development team to ensure program materials are engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to integrate new technologies or teaching methods into programs
- Monitor student progress and provide support as needed to ensure their success
- Conduct regular trainings for instructional staff on best practices in education delivery
- Analyze data on program performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in education, preferably as a teacher or instructional designer
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required
- Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Innovative mindset with a passion for implementing new ideas in education
- Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Os, Norway (remote work may be considered)
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time (flexible schedule available)
