Project Manager - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will work closely with our team members and clients to gather project requirements, create project plans, allocate resources, and track progress. Additionally, you will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning meetings and create detailed project plans
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Allocate resources and manage team members’ tasks
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in project management software
