Moderator - Online Community Management
As an Online Community Moderator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for our online community. Your main role will be to monitor user-generated content and ensure that it meets our community guidelines. This includes reviewing comments, posts, and messages to identify and address any inappropriate or offensive content. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
In addition to moderating the community, you will also play a key role in growing our online presence by creating and sharing relevant and engaging content across various platforms. This will involve researching industry trends, creating social media posts, and collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for increasing engagement.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have a strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities. Previous experience in community management or customer service is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position based in Os with a salary of $1000 per month. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship is available for non-native speakers.
