We are hiring a skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of tilers on various construction projects. You will ensure that all tiling work is completed to the highest quality and within the given timeline.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers on multiple construction projects
- Ensure that all tiling work is completed according to specifications and within the given timeline
- Train and mentor new tilers on proper tiling techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for tiling projects
- Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct quality checks on completed tiling work to ensure it meets industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, grouts, and other materials used in tiling work
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to tiling work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting, etc.

We offer competitive salary of 900$ per week for this full-time position. This does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship is available if needed. This position is suitable for men who possess the required skills and experience.
