Painter - Contract Position (Oslo, Norway)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Oslo, Norway on a contract basis. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish or other finishes to enhance and protect buildings, structures, and equipment. You must have strong knowledge of color mixing, surface preparation techniques, and various painting tools and materials. Attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming or sealing as needed
- Mix paints and match colors for desired shades
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Clean up work area after job completion
- Inspect finished work for flaws or imperfections
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
