Job Title: Painter

As a Painter, you will be responsible for interpreting project plans and specifications, preparing surfaces for painting, selecting and mixing paints, and applying paint to various surfaces. You should have a strong eye for detail and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the painting industry and possess excellent time management skills. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, or patching holes
- Select and mix paints according to project requirements
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Ensure surfaces are clean and free from debris before painting
- Protect surrounding areas from paint spills or drips
- Meet deadlines within given timeframes
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques
- Familiarity with various types of paint and their uses
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
