Plasterer


We are a construction company based in Os and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in plastering and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The salary for this position is $1100 per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old materials, repairing any damages, and cleaning the area
- Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using various tools such as trowels, brushes, and spray guns
- Smooth out uneven areas and ensure a smooth finish
- Create decorative patterns or textures as per client's request
- Install insulation materials if necessary
- Clean up work area after each job is completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plastering
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others

Preferred:
- Trade certification or apprenticeship training in plastering
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
