Plasterboard Worker


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other structures. You will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure the quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls and ceilings
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair damaged or broken plasterboard
- Apply joint compound and tape to seams for a smooth finish
- Sand down rough spots and apply finishing coats as needed
- Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites
- Maintain clean work areas and properly dispose of waste materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plasterboard installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in plastering or drywall installation is preferred.

Salary:
$1100 per week with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

City:
This position is located in Os, Norway. Relocation assistance may be provided for out-of-city candidates.
