Job Title: Finisher Specialist



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Finisher Specialist to join our team in Os. As a Finisher Specialist, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various techniques to finish and refine products, such as sanding, polishing, painting, and sealing
- Work with different materials, including wood, metal, and plastic
- Follow specific instructions and blueprints to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Make necessary adjustments and repairs when needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
- Stay updated on new techniques and tools in the finishing industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
