Finisher (Contract) - Os, Norway

We are a leading construction company in Os, Norway looking for a skilled Finisher to join our team on a contract basis. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on construction projects, ensuring they meet high quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, stain, and varnish to surfaces
- Sand and smooth surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
- Install trim and other decorative elements
- Repair any imperfections or damages on surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction industry preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when needed
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is an asset)

We offer competitive compensation of 1700$ per week for this contract position. Accommodation is not provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in or near Os.
