Formwork Engineer

We are a leading construction company in Os looking for a skilled Formwork Engineer to join our team. As a Formwork Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building formwork structures, ensuring their quality and safety, and managing a team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan formwork structures according to project specifications
- Select appropriate materials and tools for formwork construction
- Oversee the installation and dismantling of formwork structures
- Ensure the safety of workers by implementing proper formwork procedures
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and manage a team of workers in proper formwork techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of formwork systems and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Location:
This position is based in Os, with potential opportunities for travel to other project locations. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate if necessary.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
