Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Os. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and hold a valid operator's license. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. You must have strong mechanical aptitude and be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans. Physical strength and stamina are also important for this role, as you will be required to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate operation
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other team members
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Complete daily logs and reports as required
- Maintain a clean work environment around the equipment
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid operator's license for the specific machinery being operated
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions

Preferred:
