Architectural Designer

We are a prestigious architectural design firm based in the vibrant city of Os, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$, and we offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with client's budget and vision
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
