Part-Time Industrial Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As part of our growing company, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with talented professionals from various disciplines.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will use your expertise in architectural design, engineering principles, and construction methods to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project sites and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D/3D models of proposed designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve design processes
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity and problem-solving skills
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. The selected candidate will also receive accommodation assistance if needed. We are open to sponsoring the visa process for international candidates.
