Industrial Architect



Our architecture firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in the bustling city of Os. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other structures related to manufacturing and production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for their industrial projects
- Design efficient and functional industrial buildings that meet safety and environmental standards
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress during construction phase
- Use your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all stages of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in additional languages

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with additional benefits, including accommodation.
