Architecture Manager

We are in need of an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team based in the vibrant city of Os, Norway. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to coordinate project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
