Part-Time Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Os, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and oversee their work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it is completed according to the design plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and track expenses throughout the project
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

This part-time position offers a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for international candidates.
