Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our architectural projects in Os, Biometric passport preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project contracts, negotiations, and procurement processes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with a focus on project management
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
