Architecture Manager - Os, Nigeria



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Os, Nigeria. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, leading a team of architects and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure project success
- Oversee the design process, from concept development to construction documents
- Review and approve all architectural designs and plans
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a contract job based in Os, Nigeria. The salary for this position is $900 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for non-Nigerian applicants.
