Senior Architect (Os)

An esteemed architectural firm in Os is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for feedback.
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to bring designs to life.
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
