Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new projects, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with the approved plans.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design skills and ability to create innovative solutions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
