We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
- Mentor junior architects in the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an architect
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Norway or Scandinavian countries
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
