Senior Architect



Our architecture firm in Os is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English (additional language fluency is a plus)
- Valid visa or ability to obtain work permit for Os

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final construction drawings
- Prepare project proposals and presentations for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
