Senior Architect - Part Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for various projects in the city of Os. This role is suitable for men who have experience in the field and are looking for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
