Excavator Operator - Os, Poland



We are searching for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Os, Poland. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators and heavy equipment to perform excavation, grading and loading tasks
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams and instructions to determine work requirements
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including equipment usage and material movements
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in a construction setting
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
- Ability to operate various types of excavators with precision and efficiency
- Physical strength, stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Must be able to work well under pressure
