Job Title: Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the proper course of action
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials as directed by the site supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of material moved and hours worked
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid licenses or certifications for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read plans and specifications accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites or similar environments
- Experience operating different types of heavy equipment
