We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in production. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to company standards and procedures
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs if possible or report to maintenance team
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep track of materials used and document production data accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
- Good understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
