We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in a production environment. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the machines while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
