Floral Designer at a Boutique Flower Shop in Osaka, Japan

As a Floral Designer at our boutique flower shop in Osaka, Japan, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity and knowledge of different flowers to design unique and beautiful arrangements.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for floristry, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. As this is a customer-facing role, fluency in Japanese and English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their floral needs for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Design and create eye-catching floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Maintain the overall appearance of the flower shop by keeping it clean and organized
- Order new inventory from suppliers to ensure we have a diverse selection of flowers available
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and offering suggestions based on client preferences
- Manage the shop's social media presence by posting photos of new arrangements and responding to comments or inquiries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or floral designer
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when designing arrangements
- Passion for creating beautiful floral designs

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with flowers and has an eye for design. In addition to your salary of 1300$, accommodation will be provided.
