Part-Time Restaurant Manager

We are in search of a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Os, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone looking for part-time work without previous experience or accommodation. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, handling customer complaints and ensuring high-quality service standards are met. You will also work closely with our chef to create and update menus, as well as implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability. Our ideal candidate is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required. You must also possess leadership skills and be able to motivate and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.

As this is a part-time position, we offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. However, you must be available to work weekends and holidays as these are our busiest times. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
