Restaurant Manager (Biometric passport required)
As a Restaurant Manager at our restaurant in Os, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall success of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and schedule employees according to business needs
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Supervise food preparation to maintain high quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Biometric passport required for international travel
