Junior Barista - Os, Norway

We are in search of a Junior Barista to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea drinks to our customers. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates with or without previous experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Ensure quality of drinks by following recipes and using proper equipment
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Norway
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior baristas
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
