Barista - Coffee Shop (Os, Contract)


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our busy coffee shop in Os. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to our standards.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders, handle payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment.
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent time management skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position.
