Experienced Barista in Os, Norway

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers
- Restock inventory as needed to ensure availability of products
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation included. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.
