Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations in Os, a bustling city known for its diverse culinary scene. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and create new menu items that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
-Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards
-Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
-Maintain inventory levels and control food costs while adhering to budget guidelines
-Establish relationships with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients at the best prices
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
-In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items that cater to different dietary needs/preferences
-Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
Salary: $1800 per month
