Experienced Barista

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team at a bustling cafe in Os, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Keep inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their experience
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Train new baristas on proper techniques for making drinks and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in drink quality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation provided)
