Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in the production and manufacturing industry. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and control valves.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments using technical manuals or diagrams.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy according to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design new systems or improve existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electronics.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: $1300 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Os, Norway (own visa required)
