Construction Project Manager



A reputable construction company in Os is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects in the city. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Os area. The role involves managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage labour resources and subcontractors effectively
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience using project management software is a plus
