Warehouse Operations Coordinator


We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You will also be in charge of managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to the warehouse
- Communicate with customers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues or delays
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper procedures for handling products
- Monitor product quality to ensure that all items meet company standards
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and customer service to support overall business goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Proficient computer skills including experience using inventory management software
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Os, Norway
